- Our client are allowed to exchange to another model if any wrongly placed order. Client must be inform us within 12 hour after placed the order.
- If any mistake made by us wrongly send order to client, we will take responsible and bear for the shipping cost for the exchange.
- If Client made the mistake which order wrong model, the shipping cost will be paid by client themselves according to the delivery fee to the receiver address.
How to return wrong/faulty product?
- Kindly contact us according to the contact on the receipt after placed your order.
- Photo/Videos are needed as a proof to make an exchange report.
- Unless Goods damage during delivery process, other human factor are not accepted for exchange.
- Kindly confirm the order before you place order and make payment.
- After the payment is completed, kindly keep the receipt for any necessary use.
- After placed order and payment it is same as accept our agreement & rules.
